Thanks.

Massage is best described as a manipulation of the muscles for promoting circulation of blood. This action will re-energise the body to restore vitality and to promote a degree of self-healing. Swedish massage is a full body massage.

There are many benefits.  Be more relaxed; less pain reducing nervous tension; helps the body to repair and renew; and produces endorphins (the feel good hormones). It can lower blood pressure and reduce heart rate too.

The massage will work on your legs, arms, back, stomach, head and neck, hands and feet. As a part of the initial consultation you will be asked if there are any parts of the body you do not want touched; or any areas that you want us to pay particular attention to.

A mobile massage is one where the therapist comes to visit you either at home, or at another location of your preference e.g. a hotel. This will save you taking time to visit our therapy room especially if you are unable to leave your home for whatever reason. Read more

The area must be large enough to accommodate the massage table and to allow sufficient space for the therapist to be able to walk around it. Having somewhere to place any items including spare towels and oil that the therapist brings with them will be useful.

Most clients tend to be situated within a 20 mile radius of a therapy room. Please refer to the maps for guidance before booking.

Do not eat or drink anything, other than water, in the 2 hours before your massage.  Please ensure your space is warm but well ventilated. Your comfort and dignity is key. Clients are left to get undressed alone. Some are happy to be completely nude whereas some like to wear underwear. In either case clients are covered with towels until removed to reveal the area of the body about to be massaged.

One should ideally shower before and after the massage to ensure the body is clean and refreshed plus to remove any oils after the massage. Sadly, there are no shower facilities in the therapy rooms.

Payment is made online. Fifty per cent is due at the time you book your massage. The remaining 50%, less any discount applied, is due on the day of the massage and paid by debit/credit card.

However we do appreciate that events can suddenly crop up unexpectedly. If this happens to you, your booking can be transferred to another date; or your payment repaid in full, if you let us know that you need to cancel. Please let us know more than 24 hours in advance of your appointment otherwise your payment will not be refunded. You can call us on the number listed below, or by using WhatsApp to contact us online.
